“Pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”
Matthew 9:38 ESV
Quick Prayer
Please pray aloud:
Lord of the harvest, send more workers to my church! The hour is late, the fields are full and ripe, and our strength is waning. Bring us dedicated, talented, godly, selfless, energetic, and positive laborers, Lord. That as many as possible may be saved.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Please pray aloud:
Lord of the harvest, send more workers to my church!
You have already called many to help in the work, God. But the hour is late, the fields are full and ripe, and our strength is waning. Help us, O Lord! Send workers into the harvest!
Bring us dedicated, talented, godly, selfless, energetic, and positive laborers, Lord. Servants to help with kids ministry and youth ministry. Servants to help with hospitality and music ministry. Servants to help with finances. Servants to help with cleaning and organizing. Servants to help with design and administration. Servants to help with care and counseling. Servants to help with preaching and teaching. Servants who do justice and love mercy. Servants who are prayerful and worshipful and joyful in the service they provide.
We pray for workers that every stalk may be empty and your barn may be filled.

If the workers are already in our congregation, open their eyes to see that the fields are ripe and ready and their help is needed. Strengthen the feeble hands. Sharpen the tools in our hands. If the workers have not yet come, send them to us, Lord. But let everyone who works say, as your Son instructed, “we are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.”
We pray for workers that we may work quicker and our loads may be lightened.
We pray for workers that every stalk may be empty and your barn may be filled.
We pray for workers that as many as possible may be saved, O Lord of the harvest!
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
