Please pray aloud:
O God our Father, grant your grace and peace to my church.
I thank you, Lord, when I think of the people in my church and the joy I have because of their partnership with me in the gospel from the first day until now. Remind us, Lord, that just as you began a good work in us you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
And I pray that our love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that we will be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ. Even more, God, fill us to overflowing with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—for your glory and praise, O Lord.
